• Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies etc.

• The above price is based on minimum 2 adults travelling together.
• Maximum 4 persons are allowed in South Africa (3A+1C or 2A+2C)
• The above price is not valid for travel during trade fair period and special events. Long week-ends & school holidays in SA may attract a supplement.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and the next best alternative will be provided if your first choice is not available. Supplement cost may apply.
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly
• Request for early check-in or late check-out is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance. Standard Check-in time is 1430 hours & Check-out time is 1030 hours. Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request.
• Private vehicle is available for point to point services and is not to be considered as vehicle on disposal.
• Full day vehicle is 8-9 hrs and half - day is 4-5 hrs. On the Garden Route the vehicle is available for 10-12 hrs. Any extra hours required may not be allowed and is purely on request and will be charged for.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• The prices may change, due to Rand/Dollar exchange rate fluctuations, revision in fuel prices or govt. levies / duties, without notice.
• Abbreviations: B - Denotes Buffet Breakfast/L - Lunch / D - Dinner
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• To proceed with the booking you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit of INR 20,000/- per person which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
• GST is applicable on the above cost.
• Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
• As per RBI norms you need to provide PAN Card number, if you are not holding PAN Card you need to provide declaration in Form 60 along with self attested passport copy with address page and copy of Utility bill as address proof (Example: Telephone or Electricity Bill if passport address is different from current address).
• ROE considered as 1 ZAR = 5 INR however it may fluctuate at the time of final booking.
