Detailed Itinerary

  • DAY 1: – Arrive in Beijing

    On arrival, the local guide will meet you and get you to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel and spend the day at your leisure. Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant.

  • DAY 2: – Beijing – City Tour

    After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the morning city tour to visit the biggest public square in the world—Tian’anmen Square. Following this, a tour of the Forbidden City has been arranged. It was the imperial palace for 24 emperors during Ming and Qing Dynasties and the biggest ancient architectural complex in the world. In the afternoon, the tour will continue to the Summer Palace. Having the largest royal park and being well-preserved, it was designated, in 1960 by the State Council, as a Key Cultural Relics Protection Site of China. It showcases ancient artifacts in the backdrop of graceful landscapes and magnificent constructions.

    Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant.

  • DAY 3: – Travel from Beijing to the Great Wall of China

    After breakfast at the hotel, drive 75 km to visit the Jade factory and the Great Wall at Juyong pass, which are symbols of China and the wisdom of Chinese people. It’s almost unbelievable that the Chinese succeeded in building such a great monument in ancient times with simple tools. A short stop for photography has been arranged at the Beijing Olympic Park, where you can see the outside view of the National Stadium—Bird’s Nest and National Aquatics Center—Water Cube.

    Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant.

  • DAY 4: – Travel from Beijing to Xian

    After breakfast at the hotel, explore the Liulichang, which is a famous district in down-town Beijing that is known for a series of traditional Chinese stone dwelling housing that sells various craftwork, artistry, and antiques. It is one of Beijing's traditional old quarters. Then visit Da Shi Lan, one of Beijing’s most famous old-fashioned streets. It was built in 1430, the 18th year of Emperor Yong Le's rule during the Ming Dynasty. Da Shi Lan is 375 meters long and is home to 26 shops from nine types of trade. After this airport transfers will be arranged for your flight to Xian.

  • DAY 5: – Xian – Full Day City Tour

    After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a full day tour with a visit to the China’s richest historic area, which is recognized by the UNESCO as the 8th wonder of the world. This is an amazing Museum of the Terracotta Warriors that is very famous for the great underground army of the First Emperor of China, buried together with him 2200 years ago and discovered only in 1974. It is the most significant archaeological excavations of the 20th century. Then you will visit Special art lacquer work shop, free time shopping at Ancient Style Street.

    Return to the hotel post having dinner at an Indian restaurant.

    Overnight in Xian

  • DAY 6: – Travel from Xian to Guilin

    After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Ancient City Walls— boasting one of the earliest walls ever existed in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda a well-preserved ancient Building and a holy place for Buddhists. In the afternoon take flight to Guilin.

  • DAY 7: – Guilin – City Tour

    After breakfast at the hotel, depart from your hotel to begin the half length Li River cruise, which is the masterpiece of nature. The crystal water, picturesque mountains, peaceful farm field, hard-working fishermen and wandering water buffalos compose a poem of Guilin scenery and life. After you disembark at the Western-influenced town—Yangshuo, you can roam the West Street; it earns its name as almost everyone in West Street can speak fluent English and every restaurant or bar offers menus in several languages. You feel no boarder and distance here and fall in love with the town at the first sight. Moreover, it is lined with small shops and vendor stands selling different kinds of souvenirs for you to gift to your friends and relatives. Return to Guilin in the late afternoon.
    Dinner will be a Guilin specialty — Banquet of Rice Noodles.

  • DAY 8: – Travel from Guilin to Shanghai

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the half day visit of Elephant Trunk Hill. It is a huge rock formation of an elephant by the confluence of the Yang and Li rivers, which looks as if its trunk, dipping into the water. The next wonder to visit is the Reed Flute Cave, named after a certain kind of reed grown near the carve gate, which is used for making the flute. The natural beauty of a large amount of stalactites and stalagmites, with their endless variety of remarkable scenes in the cave will undoubtedly evoke admiration from you. Thus, the cave is highly praised as the Huge Art Palace of Nature. Later in the afternoon airport transfers will be arranged for your flight to Shanghai.
    On arrival in Shanghai, you will be met by a local representative and taken to the hotel. Rest of the day can be spent at your leisure.

  • DAY 9: – Shanghai – City Tour

    After breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed for the city tour of Shanghai where you will find a Buddhism shrine—Jade Buddha Temple, located in the midst of the crowded Shanghai City. It is named for its two bejeweled white Jade Buddhas. Carved from a whole piece of white Jade, the sitting Jade Buddha statue is translucent with a solemn expression, displaying the excellent skill of Chinese people. Yuyuan Garden has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque rockery, pools, and flora that are all connected by corridors and passageways. Then visit the Pearl Factory, the shopping trip will begin in Nanjing Road, which starts at the Bund and runs westward, with the People’s square in the middle. Renowned for its bustling and modernity, Nanjing Road earns its reputation as the ‘First Commercial Road in China,’ which is a shopping heaven for your trip and can be compared to Fifth Avenue in New York and Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris. Some of the traditional food and handicrafts of Shanghai can be found here. Then we come to the Bund, The renowned waterfront district is the city’s most famous landmark. It is also the popular site to enjoy the night view of the city. Standing at Pudong New Area at the east side of Huangpu River, Oriental TV Tower was completed on October 1, 1994. The tower has a height of 468 meters. With multi-functions of sightseeing, catering, shopping, amusement and accommodations, this tower has become the symbol of the city and a popular tourist attraction in Shanghai.

  • DAY 10: – Depart from Shanghai

    After breakfast at the hotel, check out from the hotel.
